Rogério Ferreira Bento

Executive Chef

He began his journey in the kitchen in 2002 and from then on, his passion and curiosity for cooking led him to travel to other lands. He has worked in several restaurants and hotels in Portugal, Switzerland, Macau, Thailand and also on cruise ships. The love of traveling the world has brought him new gastronomic experiences that have forever changed the way he views cooking. With new ingredients and new techniques, he naturally fell for the Eurasian fusion and wants to share the flavors that conquered him until today.
